As a licensed QuietCool dealer, Pacific Custom Construction exclusively features the QuietCool Professional Series made specially for contractors and builders.
Size is very important to a QuietCool system. If a QuietCool system is not sized properly, the system will not work effectively. Rest assured, Pacific Custom Construction will professionally calculate your needs and install the proper system based on square footage, location climate, ceiling height, and the number of fans required per zone whether it be an individual rooms and or entire house.

The Trident Pro line of QuietCool Advanced Whole House Fans was first introduced in 2014 and is an evolution of our Original Classic line. The Trident Pro line offers the best initial value in the Professional Series. All Trident Pro models include the needed wall‐switch controls standard. The QuietCool AFG SMT-3.0 smart attic fan has built-in thermostat/humidistat and a ten-speed motor. When the attic is at its hottest point, the fan will run at the 3,000 CFM setting while only using 140 watts! For that amount of power, 140 watts is an amazing feat! As the attic begins to cool down , the smart attic fan will automaticaly cycle itself down to the lower speeds. At the lowest speed, the fan will blow 1,000 CFM and run at only 15 watts.

Sizing Formula
We use a general formula of either 2, 2.5, or 3 CFM, or “Cubic Feet per Minute”, per square foot of living space. 2 CFM would provide a good system, 2.5 CFM would provide a better system, and 3 CFM would provide the best system.
